Annie says:
I would like to thank you all for the help you gave me and my children during our stay with you. When we first arrived we were just a scared and confused family with a mound of boxes and bin liners and we felt totally lost and helpless. Now because of your help and support we have a new home and a start to a new life. The children are happy and settled, I have a new job and the future is looking good. You told us we would get through this and become much stronger - you were right, thanks. You all do a great job and we are so grateful.
