Fundraising Events
We are trying desperately to raise funds to sustain our much needed childrens services. Our children are the hidden victims of domestic abuse and core funding is not available for them. We offer services to homeless children who have been victims of domestic abuse and who need support with their feelings and emotions. NONE of our services for Children receive any core funding and rely totally on our fundraising efforts and donations.
HOW YOU CAN HELP US
Childrens Brick Appeal
We have launched our Childrens Brick Appeal to raise money to sustain our Childrens Services for the next 3 years. 'Bricks' are being sold at £5 each. Anyone who purchases a brick will have their name put on a brick which will be on permenant display in our childrens room.
Smartie Tubes
We are asking friends, family and coleeagues to fill a Smartie Tub with 20p's. All money raised will go to our Childrens Appeal. A full tub of 20p's raises about £12.80 !! and you get to eat the smarties first !!
CLUB 100
Every month we have a draw - £50 to the winner and £50 to childrens services. If you would like to pay just £1 a month (DD or cash) - email shirley@womensaidnel.org for more information.
Fundraising Meetings
We have a meeting of friends and supporters on the first Thursday of every month - 5.30pm until 7.30pm. If you have ideas or would like to join in our fundraising efforts please let us know. If you want to you can join our fundraising email list to recieve regular updates.

Collection Tubs
Would you or someone you know, be able to have a collection tub on your office/ shop counter?
EBAY
You can donate items for us to sell on Ebay or you can sell them yourself and donate a percentage of your sale direct to Womens Aid.
Name Cards
Would you or someone you know, be able to run a name card for us at your work place or amoungst family/friends?
Do you buy on-line ?
If you do and you go to your chosen store via our search engine - a percentage of your sale is given to us by the store you are shopping at !! This doesnt change anything for you but makes massive changes for us !! For more information . . .
