Location: Nunsthorpe Shop, Grimsby | Salary: £10ph
As part of a long-term development plan within our retail departments, we have the following vacancy available at our Nunsthorpe Shop
We are looking for a Retail & Volunteer Supervisor to run the Nunsthorpe shop with, and in the absence of, the current Retail Manager.
The successful person will support in the training, development and management of our team of volunteers. They will be responsible in overseeing the shop floor, premises, standards and services offered and will deputise in the absence of the Manager. The person must be an excellent communicator, friendly, enthusiastic and passionate. The position will be 32½ hours – Monday to Friday 9.30am – 4.30pm.

VOLUNTARY VACANCY
Refuge Assistant – Volunteer
Location: Town Centre, Grimsby | Salary: Volunteer (1 day per week)
Women’s Aid are looking for volunteers to help us with our volume of calls to the service and to assist support workers. This is not a support role and is more of a reception/phone role but will include a full induction and training package and could give someone the skills and experience needed to go on into a career in this field. Successful volunteers MUST be available for one full day each week and MUST be on a career path and you will need to evidence this – you will also need to be available for 3 days mandatory training.
This opportunity will give you the chance to learn about domestic abuse and provide valuable experience to enhance & improve career opportunities in this field of work.
